This week, from June 25-30, is the 19th annual Nantucket Film Festival and it appears to be bigger and better than ever with about 100 films selected for screening, up from 70 films last year. Other events include the All Star Comedy Round Table, Late Night Storytelling, Morning Coffee and Afternoon Tea Talks. In particular, the closing night film, Boyhood, seems to be generating a great deal of interest.
The 4th of July celebration on Island is fast approaching with face painting, sand painting, dunk tank, watermelon/pie eating contests, kid’s parade and famous water fight on Main Street … don’t miss the fun!
